Alison began her real estate career over 20 years ago in Texas as a licensed agent specializing in corporate relocation, then moved into the lending industry for US Bank in New York and California. She has a strong background in navigating complex transactions with the industry insight to successfully assist buyers and sellers in making informed decisions — and a proven aptitude for fostering relationships, managing contracts, and enhancing profitability for her clients.
Alison also has a passion for design and an eye for style, expertly preparing and staging properties to optimize value. A member of the San Luis Obispo Coastal, California, and National Associations of REALTORS®, she lives in San Luis Obispo with her two children and serves as a community advocate for families with special needs.
